1. Digital Product Delivery and Access

Soul Notes Digital sells digital products delivered electronically.

 

After payment is successfully received, Wix may provide your digital download link through the order confirmation process, a separate digital-download email, and/or the Thank You page.

 

Download Window: Digital-product download links may expire 30 days after purchase. Customers are responsible for downloading and safely storing their files during that period.

 

If a valid download link expires before you have successfully received your purchased files, contact hello@soulnotesdigital.com. Where appropriate, we may resend the download link.

 

Access Suspension: Soul Notes Digital reserves the right to restrict or revoke access when reasonably necessary because of fraud, unauthorized redistribution, violation of these Terms, or an unresolved payment dispute.

2. File Format and Compatibility

Soul Notes Digital products are generally provided in PDF format unless otherwise stated in the product description and are intended for printing and/or digital use on compatible devices and applications.

 

Customers are responsible for having appropriate software and equipment to open, view, print, or use purchased files.

 

Soul Notes Digital is not responsible for future software updates, device changes, printer differences, or third-party applications that may affect compatibility after purchase.

When you purchase a digital product from Soul Notes Digital, you receive a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use that product.

  • Use the product as often as you wish for your own personal reflection or organization unless otherwise stated.

 

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying content, design, artwork, written material, trademarks, or other intellectual property.

5. Prohibited Uses and Redistribution

Unless Soul Notes Digital gives you prior written permission, you may not:

  • Share purchased files or download links with friends, family members, clients, groups, or other third parties.

  • Remove or alter copyright notices, branding, watermarks, or proprietary markings.

  • Modify our products for resale or commercial distribution.

 

Unauthorized copying or distribution may result in loss of access and, where appropriate, further action to protect Soul Notes Digital's intellectual property rights.

6. Payments

Prices are shown on the website at the time of purchase.

 

Payment is due at checkout unless a payment provider offers an approved alternative payment arrangement, such as an installment or pay-later option.

 

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers available through the Wix platform. Soul Notes Digital does not directly store full payment-card information.

 

You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information when completing a purchase.

 

Payment disputes and chargebacks are handled through the applicable payment provider, card issuer, or payment network. Chargebacks are separate from ordinary merchant refunds and are handled according to the rules of the applicable payment provider, card issuer, or payment network

7. Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

Because Soul Notes Digital products are digital products delivered electronically, all sales are final once a purchase is completed, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

 

We do not generally offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations after purchase.

Technical download or access problems do not automatically qualify for a refund. If you experience difficulty accessing a purchased product, contact us so we can help resolve the issue.
