Hi, I'm Lisa

I created Soul Notes Digital because I believe every woman deserves to feel seen, heard, and worthy of love - especially from herself.

These aren't just journals and affirmation cards. They're quiet tools for the loud emotions we've been taught to hide. They're permission slips to pause, to rest, to say no, to honor your own heart. They're gentle reminders that your worth isn't measured by how much you give or how perfectly you perform.

I want you to know what I wish I had known sooner: There is life beyond where you feel stuck. You are worthy of respect, love, and appreciation. Your voice matters. Your needs matter. YOU matter.

My Story Is Still Being Written...

I know what it feels like to be invisible in your own life.

For years, I was the woman who held everything together while quietly losing pieces of herself. I gave endlessly, cared deeply, worked hard, and became very good at putting everyone else’s needs ahead of my own.

I knew when I felt unseen. I knew when I felt unheard. And somewhere along the way, I began confusing being needed with being valued.

The hardest part wasn’t recognizing it. It was being afraid to change it.

Fear of starting over. Fear of the unknown. Fear of trusting my own voice after years of questioning it. Sometimes what we know — even when it hurts — can feel safer than stepping into a life we can’t yet see.

I wish I could tell you that I had one brave moment where everything changed. I didn’t. My story is still being written.

I’m learning that choosing yourself after years of putting yourself last doesn’t happen all at once. It happens in small moments — when you listen to your own needs, honor what you feel, give yourself permission to rest, set a boundary, say the thing you’ve been afraid to say, or simply decide that your voice deserves to be heard.

Soul Notes Digital was born in the middle of that journey, not at the end of it.

I began creating the kinds of quiet tools I needed myself: words that reminded me to breathe, prompts that helped me hear my own thoughts again, gentle structure when everything felt overwhelming, and faith-filled reminders that my worth was never dependent on how much I did for everyone else.

I created this space for the woman who recognizes some part of herself in my story. The woman who has spent so much time being strong for everyone else that she isn’t quite sure what she needs anymore. The woman who knows something inside her is asking for more, even if she doesn’t yet know what “more” looks like.

I don’t have every answer. I’m still learning, still growing, and still choosing courage over fear one step at a time.

But I know this much:

Your voice matters. Your needs matter. Your story matters.

...it's never too late to begin finding your way back to yourself.
