Because Soul Notes Digital products are digital products delivered electronically, all sales are final once a purchase is completed.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges after purchase. Once a digital file has been purchased or access has been provided, the product cannot be returned in the same way as a physical item.
Please review the product description carefully before purchasing to make sure the product is right for you.

Download or Access Problems
If you experience a technical issue accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us at hello@soulnotesdigital.com.
We will gladly help troubleshoot the issue and make reasonable efforts to ensure you receive the digital product you purchased.
Duplicate Purchases

Your purchase includes the version of the digital product available at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated. Purchase does not automatically include future revisions, updates, or newly released versions.
